Fail














I saw a recipe on Bakerella for Chocolate Matcha Bundt Cake, and it looked so good!  I used a rectangular cake pan since I don't have a bundt pan.  You're suppose to see the swirls of chocolate and green tea in the cake, but as you can see above, it turned out pretty bad TT.  But it tasted better than it looked!

Hello :)

For my first post, I was hoping to start out with a bang -- with macarons that I made.  Unfortunately, the egg whites for them are suppose to be left out at room temperature for at least 24 hours.  So I made a chocolate mint cookie that my college roomie made once.  It's so easy and delicious.  You can still see the mint melting on top!
