Hello :)

For my first post, I was hoping to start out with a bang -- with macarons that I made.  Unfortunately, the egg whites for them are suppose to be left out at room temperature for at least 24 hours.  So I made a chocolate mint cookie that my college roomie made once.  It's so easy and delicious.  You can still see the mint melting on top!
